Refund Policy

- Request within 7 days of payment
- Course not yet started (before batch begins)
- Technical failure on our end preventing access
- Duplicate payment made by error
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- After 7 days from payment date
- After batch/course has started
- Change of mind after access granted
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Partial course completion
1 Refund Eligibility Window
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of payment, provided the following conditions are met:
- Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your payment date
- The batch/course you enrolled in has not yet commenced
- You have not accessed more than 2 recorded sessions or live classes
⚠️ Once a batch begins and you attend 3 or more classes, the enrollment is considered utilized and no refund will be processed regardless of the reason.
2 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

Attach your payment receipt, enrolled course name, and reason for refund request.

Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and verify eligibility.

Refund Processed
If approved, refund is initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3 Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, the amount is credited as follows:
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days (depends on your bank)
- EMI: Varies by finance partner — typically 7–10 business days
If you do not receive your refund within the above timeframe, contact your bank first. If the issue persists, reach out to us.
4 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Refund request made after 7 days of payment
- Batch has already started and you have attended 3+ sessions
- Account suspended for violation of our Terms of Service
- Course materials have been downloaded or shared
- Request is based on dissatisfaction without a valid concern raised to support
- Enrollment bonus materials (workbooks, templates) have been accessed
5 Course Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your enrolled batch due to a genuine reason, you may request a free batch transfer instead of a refund:
- One free batch transfer per enrollment is allowed
- Request must be made at least 3 days before the batch starts
- Transfer is subject to availability in the next batch
This is the recommended option if you are committed to learning but facing a scheduling conflict.
6 Demo Class Policy
We offer a free demo class before enrollment so you can evaluate the course before committing. We strongly recommend attending the demo class first.
- Demo class registration is completely free with no payment required
- Attending a demo does not obligate you to enroll
- No refund applies to demo registrations as no payment is collected
7 EMI & Installment Payments
If you enrolled using an EMI or installment plan:
- Refund eligibility applies to the amount paid so far at the time of the request
- Any pending installments will be cancelled upon approved refund
- Processing fees charged by the finance partner may be deducted
